Explore Lomé, Kpalimé and their surroundings with a local guide and a programme prepared with TogoSunny around your interests. Up to 10 guided visits can be spread over a 15-day programme, with one cultural workshop in art, crafts or cooking included, as specified in the accepted quotation.
The 15 days describe the period over which the agreed visits take place during a stay organised by you. TogoSunny’s price covers programme preparation, the agreed accompaniment and guided visits, and the cultural workshop specified in the quotation. Accommodation, meals and other travel services are chosen, booked and paid for independently by you, apart from any elements expressly included in the workshop.
Accompaniment can be planned from your arrival to your departure, only on the days, during the time slots and for the attendance durations specified in the quotation. This does not mean continuous, daily or 24-hour guide presence. Airport transfers remain your own separate arrangements.
What is planned
Planned period: February to April; exact dates, including the year, and guide availability are confirmed in writing before booking.
Duration: a 15-day visit programme; the guide’s attendance days, time slots and durations are specified in the quotation. Overnight accommodation is not included.
Area: Lomé, Kpalimé and their surroundings, according to the accepted programme.
Guided visits: up to 10 visits. The exact number and selected places are agreed after a video consultation or contact with TogoSunny and confirmed before booking.
Included cultural workshop: one art, craft or cooking workshop in Kpalimé. The chosen activity, location, duration and included elements are confirmed in the quotation.
Support: local accompaniment for the agreed visits and meetings, including arrival or departure days only if expressly scheduled in the confirmed time slots.
Languages: English and French; the guiding language is confirmed before booking. Basic Estonian is available for simple exchanges.
Service fees: programme preparation, TogoSunny’s fees, the fees of the guides listed in the quotation and the agreed cultural workshop are included in the confirmed price.
Stop ideas to choose from
Explore the capital and, depending on the accepted programme, nearby places such as Agbodrafo, Togoville or Aného. Possible stops include local heritage sites, markets, the seafront, the Slave House in Agbodrafo or Lake Togo. You independently arrange and pay for transport, admission charges and any boat crossings.
Discover the Château Vial site, also known as the former presidential château, and the surrounding hills near Kpalimé. Heritage and panoramic views can be part of the agreed visit, subject to weather, authorised access and local conditions. Access inside the building is not guaranteed.
Follow a walking and hiking route through villages and landscapes on Mount Agou, in the Kpalimé region. The route, walking time and level of difficulty are agreed before booking according to the group, authorised access and local conditions. Reaching the summit is included only if expressly confirmed in the programme.
Discover coffee and cocoa growing and tropical fruit crops around Kpalimé. Visits to farms or orchards depend on the season and the growers’ agreement. The selected places and any planned encounters are specified in the programme.
Choose a waterfall visit, such as Kpimé or Womé, according to the final programme, access and local conditions. Enjoy the surrounding vegetation and viewpoints; a rainbow may appear when conditions allow. The selected waterfall and walking route are confirmed before booking.
Walk through village surroundings to discover plants and local artistic uses of natural colours. Depending on the programme, meet artists or see plant-based motifs and creative demonstrations. A hands-on activity is included only if it is the cultural workshop expressly listed in the quotation.
Explore market stalls, tropical fruit, fish and other local products with your guide. The visit offers a chance to discover everyday trade and meet vendors respectfully. Personal purchases are paid for separately.
Take part in one cultural workshop in Kpalimé, selected with TogoSunny: for example batik, ceramics or local cooking. One workshop is included in the confirmed price. Its activity, duration, location and included materials or tastings, if any, are specified in the quotation; other workshops are not automatically included.
A cave visit or bat observation may be selected for the programme, subject to authorised access and suitable local conditions. The precise site and observation arrangements are confirmed before booking, with respect for wildlife and the site’s instructions.
These places are suggestions: only the sites listed in the final accepted programme are confirmed for your guided visits, subject to access and local conditions. The accepted programme sets the exact number of visits, up to 10, the selected places and access arrangements.
What is included in the confirmed price
The quotation specifies the accompaniment, guided visits and cultural workshop sold by TogoSunny. It includes:
- preparation of the agreed visit programme and provision of the summary document;
- accompaniment and the guide’s explanations during the confirmed days, time slots and attendance durations, for up to 10 guided visits;
- TogoSunny’s service fees and the fees of the guides specified in the quotation, with the guiding language confirmed before booking;
- one cultural workshop in art, crafts or cooking in Kpalimé, with its activity and included elements expressly described in the quotation.
The confirmed price includes the guide and service fees for the agreed programme and the specified cultural workshop. Guided visits do not include site admission tickets or entrance fees, except for any access expressly included as part of that workshop in the quotation. Any additional accompaniment or activity must be agreed in writing before it is charged.
What is not included
- accommodation and overnight stays; meals and drinks, apart from any elements expressly included in the cultural workshop;
- all transport, including airport transfers, vehicles with drivers, taxis and motorbike taxis; fuel, tolls, boat crossings, vehicle hire and other rentals;
- site admission tickets and entrance fees, except any access expressly included in the cultural workshop; additional workshops, cooking classes and other paid activities not included in the quotation;
- flights, visa fees, other travel formalities and travel insurance;
- evening outings, personal expenses, purchases, tips and additional activities or journeys outside the agreed programme.
Except for the cultural workshop expressly included in the quotation, you independently choose, book and pay for other services directly with providers of your choice. TogoSunny does not sell them, book them in your name or collect payment for them, and does not organise a combined shopping basket or linked booking process for those external services.
Price and quote request
From €1,500 per person, based on a group of five travellers, for programme preparation, accompaniment, guided visits and one cultural workshop as specified in the quotation. Groups of 5 to 12 travellers. Your other travel expenses are added to this price and are paid directly to the relevant providers.
The final price depends on the dates, group size, agreed guiding days and hours, attendance duration, language, programme and selected cultural workshop. A written quotation is required for every booking, including for five travellers. A personalised quotation is prepared for groups of more than five travellers.

Visa and formalities
You organise your flights, visas, entry formalities and travel insurance independently and at your own expense. Check the current official requirements for your nationality and situation and complete the necessary applications with the authorities.
TogoSunny can provide practical information and, where appropriate, local contact information to assist with your e-visa application. Any address supplied must correspond to your actual arrangements. You remain responsible for your application and for providing accurate information. TogoSunny does not guarantee visa approval or permission to enter Togo.
Itinerary and local conditions
The order of visits may change according to opening hours, authorised access, travel times, weather and local conditions. Farm visits, walks, waterfalls and cave visits depend on the relevant permissions and conditions. Cultural visits are carried out with respect for residents, wildlife and local guidelines.
Any substantial change to the agreed accompaniment, visits, workshop or price is handled under the booking conditions and submitted for your written agreement, except for immediate measures needed for safety. An outdoor visit may need to be adapted or replaced if it cannot reasonably take place safely.
TogoSunny remains responsible for the accompaniment, guided visits and cultural workshop it sells. Your independently booked services remain subject to your arrangements with the relevant providers.
Before booking
Read the Guided Tour Booking Conditions and request a written quotation specifying the dates, number of guided visits, selected sites, the guide’s attendance days, time slots and durations, the language, meeting points and included cultural workshop. A written quotation is required for every booking, including for five travellers.

Attached to the quotation, it specifies the agreed visits (maximum 5), selected locations, dates, guide attendance days, time slots and durations, language, meeting points and access conditions. It also describes the included cultural workshop. Known external expenses are indicated for information only and are paid directly to the relevant providers. Accommodation, meals, transport and other third-party services are not included in TogoSunny’s price, except for the cultural workshop and any elements expressly included within it in the quotation.
Your booking is confirmed in writing. Before your arrival, an updated programme with meeting arrangements and guide contact details will be sent by email. Substantial changes are communicated and handled under the booking conditions.
